NAC, Magnesium, all the ABCDE vitamins, Ginkgo, and Zinc. Also take Melatonin afterward. Plenty of fruits and vegetables.

This is why I avoid loud places. I live in Bangkok - it sucks that most of the nightlife is out for me but I hate drinking, I hate the kind of low lives that go to bars, I can't hear in those places and I constantly worry about hearing loss and tinnitus getting worse--also drinking increases...

Yes now I am 56 and one hot mess! Though I moved to Asia at age 54, graduated from college at age 41 and 53, became an actor in Hollywood in my 40s etc etc.

Foam plugs as a back up, musician's for extreme noise, headphones for emergency, corded hard ones for day to day from Rite Aid or CVS, Etymotics for day to day.
