    Tinnitus won't stop you from getting dates but hearing loss and the need to avoid loud places will greatly limit your social life....Hearing loss makes conversations hard to hear and increases social isolation which leads to depression and dementia...Tinnitus and hyperacusis DO go hand in hand...
