I don't think customs would notice this device if brought back to the US. But you could always try the FDA expanded access route for non-FDA approved medical devices if you want to play it safe. Just need to get a sponsor physician and hope it gets approved...

This is my preferred hearing non-profit to donate. I gave some money a few months back and got my company to match dollar for dollar. This isn't uncommon for companies to do so be sure to see if yours does as well.

To me it looks like the 'vote again' button simply erases your votes so that you can vote for different candidates if you like. The vote total decreases by the exact number of votes I've cast if I hit 'vote again'. Someone also mentioned this a few pages back.

How about the Science Friday podcast? It plays to a national audience (NPR in the US) who's used to donating and they already had Dr. Shore on last year. It's also a good listen if you haven't heard it.
