I've had some neck pain from sleeping and my pillow that i finally replaced last week. But that doesn't make sense why I have distorted hearing in my left ear, can't go to any loud places. The Tinnitus started a week later in my right ear. Not sure if it's related to the hearing distortion...

I just wanted to add that I downloaded this app on my iphone called Hear-Tinnitus. It's pretty great for a relieve. You can setup all the frequencies and start retraining your brain, so it will eventually will be filtered as a non-important sound. Give it a try :)
