been doing well. no spikes for months!

experiencing a spike in one ear :/ its not loud, just more noticeable. also my ear feels congested

all i do is worry its just exhausting. i wish i could not worry about everything, just for one day of my life.

I accidentally locked the A/C settings & cold air has been BLASTING. BUT its perfect for masking my T 24/7. I'm freezing but happy! Haha!

Yes you're right. I also bought big earmuffs because earplugs are hard for me to put in quickly so I can have them for any future situation. Thank you for your help!

I'm feeling better. Back in therapy. Still struggling but getting support that keeps me going.

Thank you for this reply. That comment was quite unhelpful lol. I actually ended up moving to a different dorm with alarms that are not inside of the actual rooms because the anxiety was causing me to spiral :( But thank you for your advice!

Can anyone who is not completely defeatist help me? Please I just need to talk to someone.
