Infrared Light Therapy — Relieves Headaches, Neck Pain and Lowers Tinnitus

I am noticing a pattern in my tinnitus. It is worse after I use my neck a lot. I also have cervical issues in my neck and neck spasms. My tinnitus is 23 1/2 hours a day but when I move my neck a lot - or lift heavy things, it gets more of a frantic sound. Thank you for the suggestion of the...

    Epsom Salt Baths

I was interested to read this. I have just signed up for seven sessions to soak in a "salt pod". It's similar to soaking in the Dead Sea. I am so hoping for some relief!

    Blood Test and Your Thoughts

Did you discover if this was the cause of your tinnitus? I also have high cholesterol and low Vitamin D. This was never discussed as a possible reason for my tinnitus. I would love to be cured with working on these two things!

Does Anyone Have Reactive Tinnitus Advice?

Thank you for that info. I have been trying to avoid sound as much as I can - this approach is the opposite! I am willing to try it though. Do you mind answering another question? My ultimate goal would be not be to get used to the bacon sizzling in my ear, it would be to get rid of it. Your...

Does Anyone Have Reactive Tinnitus Advice?

I have had reactive tinnitus for almost seven years. It sounds like bacon sizzling loudly in my ear whenever I hear an external noise. I tried many treatments - both medical and holistic but nothing took it away. Did anyone here have this and found a cure? Thank you for any advice. It's horrible :(

    Morse Code Sound Changing Tones/Advice?

Did anyone find a cure for this type? I've had it for five years - it's in response to sound. I don't hear it when it's quiet. The doctor put mean xanax which has quoted it somewhat but I still hear it. Loud noises, running water, laughter, etc. drive it crazy and it starts going nuts with the...

    TENS Machine

I have suffered typewriter tinnitus for about 5 years (this is a rare tinnitus in that I hear a sound in my ear in response to noise, not in the more usual absence of noise). After seeing 6 doctors and many alternative doctors, I finally found a doctor who understands my type. She put me on...

    Food Triggers?

He said it's like lemons - they are acids but when ingested they turn alkaline. He said only use Braggs Apple cider vinegar - it's the "mother" (the junk in it) that is alkaline. I checked his info out on google and it does everywhere that both lemon juice and Braggs are acids that make the body...

Botox Injection Into Middle Ear Muscles Without Cutting the Eardrum? Possible?

Yes, I get them in my neck and legs - they're horrible. But, now I hoping that it's all related and that going more alkaline will help my ear, neck and legs. Maybe the pain is our ear muscle spasm pain like when we have pain with our other muscles?
