Somewhat, yes. Although I have only listened at low volumes lately. I’m generally in a grumpy mood the last 7-8 months because of the ringing so music isn’t giving me what my soul needs right now :confused:

I’ve done some low intensity hiking with my 8 year old over the last few months. I was hoping to get out there on my own this weekend but wasn’t able to pull it off. I’m surrounded by state forests and conservation trails. I’ll report back once I’m able to get out there.

Hi all, I do not want to make my tinnitus any worse than it already is. Do you have any recommendations for what types of sounds I should listen to with tinnitus in the 12,000 Hz - 15,000 Hz range? Right now I just fall asleep to pink noise but I feel like it’s not doing me any good... Any...

Hi Steph, could you share which apps you currently use? Right now I have an Alexa that I play pink noise through at night. It’s not perfect but it’s as far as I’ve gotten so far. I do have some really nice Sonos speakers I could use but I haven’t tried yet. Thanks for any info you’ve got!
