I just got a few second burst of ringing after work which probably means it may be doing some damage. Got some good ear plugs and its been fine. Don't really notice any ringing with my ears plugged which is strange.

@linearb How much were you using? Did it get permanently worse? Reports I've read online and in my own experience it causes a temporary increase. I use galactic botanicals and it works well for pain.
