Yesterday my tinnitus was silent. For the whole day. Like plug my ears in a silent bathroom silent. It's back and kind of loud today. Ugh.

This was so wonderful and positive. Thank you so much! I think I'm going to try and get high with my friend this weekend and see how it goes. I want to reclaim things that I love. And yes, weed is one of those things lol.

I think I might try an edible and microdose next weekend with a friend. I just don't want to let tinnitus stop me from these things that I love. Is there ANYONE who has a positive or neutral experience using marijuana with tinnitus??

I miss weed so much. I really want to get back to doing what makes me happy.

I wonder if there is some merit to this. I did see an audiologist who did an extended audiogram and I only have mild hearing loss at 14 kHz and 16 kHz in my right ear. I definitely have hyperacusis but maybe that's related to my hyper awareness and hypervigilance? Maybe I do need a break here.

I'm so sorry that you're going through it. I totally feel you. Some days it'll be quiet/silent and some days it'll be loud and intrusive. Sometimes it fluctuates between those two extremes multiple times throughout the day.

I really hope so. My tinnitus has changed so much since getting it at the very beginning of December. I know it's still really new and I hope it fades and calms down as time goes on.

I'm not doing well at all. I thought I was recovering and things were getting better but today a new sound just came out of nowhere. It's almost like one sound got exchanged for another one and moved to a different ear. I can't habituate to this. Are setbacks a part of the recovery process? Or...
