      tinnitus went way down after pressing hard on my skull above my affected ear. weird???? not sure if would recommed.. usually it gets louder

        @Jsm_Joestar i did, but scans showed a perfectly healthy & symmetrical jaw (at least, on a bone level). i'm considering booking a chiropractor appt, but i hear that those have mixed results? :c

        i dunno if a scan gives different results compared to a checkup by a chiropractor but it is worth a shot(if it is affordable). i started grinding my teeth alot thanks to the stress so i was able to treat my mild tmj and prevent it from becoming worse. i hope it can bring you relief

        @Jsm_Joestar i've heard of people gaining T or worsening their T from chiro so I'm anxious, but with how crooked my spine and neck can be sometimes I'm considering it. Will let you know how it goes!
