I have T in both ears. Sleeping on one side vs. the other causes no difference in T volumes the next day in either ear. I wouldn't worry about it.

Depends on how shit a day I'm having! I practically never hear it whilst outside though, and I would almost never hear it in the shower. In most other indoor areas I would hear it all the time.

Probably the TFI (Tinnitus Functional Index), a questionnaire used to gauge the severity of impact tinnitus has on a patient's life - tests like these are pretty well regarded and parralels exist for many psychiatric disorders, most notably depression.

Isn't furosemide potentially ototoxic? Just off the top of my head. Either way it's good to see researchers taking multiple avenues of approach towards T treatments.
