Bad days continue to get less loud... now maybe 4-5. Hope this keeps up.

This has been my experience, too. Clonazepam supposedly lowers the loudness of tinnitus for most people -- I guess you and I are among the unlucky few it doesn't work for. Do you find Alprazolam lowers tinnitus loudness?

I completely believe this. My tinnitus started after a COVID-19 booster vaccination and then worsened after a COVID-19 infection. I think it's either from inflammation or an autoimmune reaction. I'm hopeful for any treatment.

Happy that my COVID spike has quieted down -- I'm now back to where I was in May-- a "loud" day every 3-5 days, but "loud" is now 5-6, not 8
