I use the phone on my left ear.... Where my T is hmmm. I think I'll use speaker from now on

I've noticed a great change since I've been doing the Back to Silence method... I now realize that I haven't noted my responses! It works.

I will contact MGH they sent me a letter or brochure saying that they have a Tinnitus center there and to call to get on the list
