So, it is now day ten and my spike is still going strong. The weekend before this spike I could go out into my backyard in the morning and not hear my T and even inside it was barely noticeable. I thought I was a few months away from recovery and now it’s the complete opposite. Very frustrating.

Yes I did. I don’t remember exactly how long it took for the spike to go down. I estimate it must have been about a day or two, so hang in there!
