Good to hear it Taylorslay. If you get a little setback, and this is possible, try not to get too down about it. It is all part of the healing process with tinnitus. As I explained to you: it can take many months for a person to fully recover and you're doing fine. Keep the positives vibes going and try to engage in things you enjoy.
    All the best

I'm excited!!! Im soon getting some nice reusable and disposable earplugs. :D!!! I'll use them only when needed. But they are good to have.

Hi Taylorslay. Please try not to use your earplugs too often as this will not allow your hyperacusis to heal.

@Michael Leigh I'm not. I just only had very few disposable ones laying around that I kept with me just in case I need them.

That's perfectly okay then. You ae making good progress just keep doing the same and you'll be alright. Take care.
H and T are a real pain. That we all can agree on. But let's not allow it to take away what we hold dear in life. Stay positive. <3
I went to the ENT and no hearing loss was found. So that's good. :)

That is very good news! How are you doing? Any improvement or staying the same?

My uneven hearing that they said was perfect is the same. However I over all am doing much better. Especially when it comes to controlling my anxiety. :)
First Month in and T has gotten worse and higher pitched. I'm told since I'm young it will heal. I hope so... :'(
My T has seemed to have gotten worse after my Acoustic Trauma. My family doesn't believe me + they are loud as hell. I just want relief.

Don't let your judgement be clouded by other people. They are not you and they don't understand your suffering.
