    I think I’ve recovered a significant part of my hearing again! One day, I decided to try the Valsalva maneuver for my bad ear. Having my ear blocked was already depressing, and on top of that, constantly hearing my heartbeat in that ear made it worse. Out of fear, I avoided doing the maneuver...

    For me, I have a strong possibility it is SNHL, as I do hear badly in my bad ear, and I also have chronic Tinnitus in that ear that varies in intensity depending on how it behaves. Ask me questions, unless you were looking for people with my stuff? Thanks for the follow :)

    Terrifying too, I was wondering if I really messed up by pressing my pinky in my good ear hole to alleviate a bit some itchiness I had. Literally just something anyone would do to relieve it... Ending up super blocked and wondering how bad my bad ear is to feel like I was hearing my body only.
