Woke up only twice last night and this morning was somewhat peaceful for me. Tinnitus still louder than ever before though.

Headache's gone, yay! --- but I still woke up 4 times last night and was semi-freaking out about the increased level of my tinnitus.
Oh boy, it was a difficult night sleeping — and the headache didn't make it easier.
Today, I'm seeing some of my best old friends. Looking forward to that and maybe it'll make me forget my increased tinnitus for a while!
Taking a walk and maybe getting an ice cream.
I'm a bit worried about increased tinnitus and different feeling in my right ear. Keeping my hopes up, though. -
