Any Chance Omega-3 Pills Are Making My Tinnitus More Persistent?

I don't know but probably stay away from Agmatine also. Agmatine enhances antidepressant potency of MK-801 and conventional antidepressants in mice Just might have interactions with what you are taking.

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

I honestly don't know about Agmatine. I believe it has to do with nitric oxide which has more to do with Glutamate action. You are polydrugging to a point. My niece died with 5 meds, that caused depressed breathing. I have met a person who stared straight ahead, and say "I am on 4 meds, I don't...

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

The other company is out of the UK. I don't know much about them. Their version you have to refrigerate. I thought the worst side effects were hypotension, possible with interaction with other meds and the overrated diet, that honestly doesn't need to be followed closely. Boy was I wrong...

Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOs, TCAs, TeCAs)

It is weird how long it takes to diagnose ADHD. Everyone thinks it is just people who can't sit still. There are two types. It has a lot to do with executive dysfunction, but executive dysfunction can happen in many illnesses. Possibly LSD might be better. It is trial and error. I am curious...

Anyone's Ear Fullness Disappeared After a Year? Looking for Success Stories

No, no noise events. I don't wear headphones, I hate concerts, I listened to sports talk. I really feel it was from Prozac or weaning from benzos or Anafranil.

Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOs, TCAs, TeCAs)

Most people, sick of ADs, even without tinnitus are. Such a poor success rate. I know someone with visual snow and tinnitus and he gets more out of LSD. Wouldn't recommend that if tinnitus is the main issue. LSD has an effect on Dopamine. Dopamine can raise tinnitus. So can Serotonin of course...

Anyone's Ear Fullness Disappeared After a Year? Looking for Success Stories

I have done about four audiograms over 3 years. It is scary how mine match exactly the same over three years. Basically perfect, even the extended have matched. No hyperacusis. LDLs we're up 100+, yet I have intrusive tinnitus. Kinda throws a dent in the only reason intrusive tinnitus happens is...

UCI — Acoustic and Electrical Stimulation for the Treatment of Tinnitus

I have found nothing. It is highly somatic, so I am working on my neck right now. It has been stiff for years. Some days the range of motion is so limited, because it starts hurting. It was either Prozac or withdrawal from benzos or Anafranil. I jumped back on both when the tinnitus started. So...

Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOs, TCAs, TeCAs)

I know you have been looking for something to kick the depression. Have you tried 5-HTP? Not condoning the use but doses of 0.05 g of shrooms instead of 0.1 - 0.3 g seem to be helping people, to kick out of a depressive state.

Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOs, TCAs, TeCAs)

Great to see. I wonder if it is feeling better mentally or just the Flupentixol. They don't prescribe that in America. Please be careful of the long term side effects or side effects that can sow up from antipsychotics.

UCI — Acoustic and Electrical Stimulation for the Treatment of Tinnitus

Botox around my jaw did nothing for me. No measurable hearing loss, even with official high frequency test. I don't have a problem with hearing in noisy places (sign of hidden hearing loss). Most likely meds gave me mine. So I support your hypothesis of it being my dumb old brain. Desensitized...

Can Ketamine Infusion for Depression Worsen Tinnitus?

There are so many factors. I still don't know if you are saying it is definitely the Ketamine? Changing benzos can have the effects of withdrawal. That is why if someone is to move from Klonopin to Valium, it is a slow adjustment over. Having had tinnitus for five years and having had my fair...

Anyone's Ear Fullness Disappeared After a Year? Looking for Success Stories

If I massage my neck muscles enough, fluid drains, from ear/sinuses.

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

So Nardil went through a change and was sold in 2003 to Pfizer. They changed the inactive ingredients. It went from 13 ingredients to 9. Some people came out and said it was not as effective. Two companies at least decided to make their own version as close to the original as possible and were...

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

Pretty sure NAC works on Glutamate and Glutathione. Hey, fellow OCD person here. I understand going down the polydrug world. I am finding you can't polydrug to fix OCD. I'm off ADs right now. Going through withdrawals. Still on Valium 10 mg and 2000 mg of Gabapentin. Fish oil is used to help...
