Did you tried it ? Normally. Some treatments work for some sufferers . Others not.

Habitation takes about 3 to 6 months . When you hear it try to just to avoid négatives réaction smls and emotions. Everything will be fine . I had it from 1/2016 and there are some days which i forget to have it. Avoid stress and négative thinking.

Actually. T is not sever. Some days i dont notice it.but i think it is still there. A ENT has told me that it affacted my blood circulation. So I feel the pressure of blood especially when im emotionated or any other strong feeling . But in general . - Thanks to god - i feel much better than...

I think that people who are not obsessed to their T can recover better than other . ignoring it will be tthe best solution

Dont worry . Tinnitus in the beginin come hand to hand with anxiety and depression, but bty time you will not give it an importance. just try to not focus on it and protect your ear from loud noises .
