I went to see Wicked with 3 kids. I wore my earplugs and just Sony headphones. I didn't wear the headphones for most of the movie until the end. It was fun, no issues with being too loud except for one or two scenes. I just put the headphones on.
@Heal82 I took antibiotics, I believe and pain meds for a week. I don't remember them causing issues, but I did develop dizziness that I'm still dealing with 6 months out.
No, but I do eat a good diet and I wear earplugs outside the house. The only activities I stopped doing were movies, sporting events, concerts and music at church. The music is still loud and I wear earplugs. I may start wearing earmuffs on top of the earplugs at church.
@GG_Ear sorry for the delay, almost a year to respond! I do wear ear plugs while teaching, it doesn't bother me. I don't even notice the sound difference anymore.

Hi @Jupiterman I had surgery a week ago and I'm home recovering. Everything went well. The dr let me wear my earplugs. I did not notice a change in T/H.
Was the CT scan loud? I've been avoiding doing an MRI and/or a CT because of the loudness.
Did they tell you if anything can be done for this syndrome?
