My advice? Find a tinnitus specialist. That’s what I did and do... guess what? I am so much better. How loud is my tinnitus? Loud enough to hear 24/7 and I don’t car. Not one iota!

Ive had similar symptoms on and off. I honestly believe a lot of these symptoms are anxiety related, at least that’s my opinion.

I happened to stumble on this thread... I have considered doing this starting tomorrow. I will report back in three months and give everyone and update. I need to find a way to move on with life and this is truly a great challege!

I have two Pomeranians and both like to bark quite a bit specially when I come home from work or my husband comes home for work. Their barks do not bother me in the slightest. They are my babies! <3
