    ok one day after the accidents happening I dont think my tinnitus has spiked alot. It feels a little bit louder

    Oh gosh don't beat yourself up, I've done similar. Sometimes it's so awkward to leave.

    You don't deserve a spike at all, I'm sorry this happened. I'm sure it will all be ok, give it a few days xxx

    This reminds me of last Christmas I went to very loud carols, I felt rude to leave so sat there for 45 minutes!! It was sooo loud.

    I had a spike but it went down after a few weeks. I felt like you! So much regret. I'm a really awkward person and that makes life hard lol, leaving is perfectly acceptable.

    we all make mistakes, you don't "deserve it". The human ear can withstand a lot, this will probably not affect you at all.
