I’m a bit surprised to see this thread after all this time. Learning more about medicine has made me realize just how far behind we are in the medical field overall. I was fine with the state of my T for a long time, however after a cold/flu, my left ear feels clogged, in pain, constant popping.

probably wont have the balls to go to the club with this tinnitus guess I should look for other ways to make social conctacts

People in my uni are already making plans to go to clubs. I dont know what to do with this tinnitus anymore maybe its better to ruin my ears

I was talking about my tinnitus and some guy told me something in the lines of ''Well there is a 15 seconds cure'' I already knew what was going on. He send me the ''reddit tinnitus cure'' and congratulated me on getting cured soon.

This isn't the actual reality, r-right guys

I would suggest avoiding headphones/headsets as much as possible. When I got tinnitus, I didnt let my ears heal, and I still used headphones/headsets and didnt avoid loud stuff. My tinnitus could have probably been gone complely, but I just didnt give them some time to rest.

I think my tinnitus has been better lately
