I've been using 0.5 clonazepam sporadically and it makes my T quiet, not sure if it's just because I'm more relaxed or that I just don't care when clonazepam kicks in, but tomorrow it's the same old story. 1 mg definitely makes me a bit hung over the next day.

Sorry to hear this man, I do music for a hobby and it's frustrating with T, let alone to be a full time job. But hang in there and get a lot of antioxidants, try TRT and avoid silence for the time being.

I think it got worse from the rehearsal I had today although the volume was 80 Db at max and I had both earplugs and active earmuffs so I assume there was no way for me to get acoustic trauma except for maybe irritate my T a little. I think my anxiety about it is enhancing it, quite ironic eh...

Neuromodulation is very interesting. I don't hear my T when I wear my WNG, just a pleasant distant white noise. But when I take them off to go to sleep it's very present and loud, hard for me to fall asleep. Wondering if it's because my ears are getting used not to hear the T so it sounds more...

My gf just woke me up by calling me on the phone in the middle of the night and my T is very loud, I can't sleep how loud it is since I press my ears to the pillow when I sleep. Hopefully it's because of noise generators and not the band rehearsal, I've been told by my audiologist it can worsen...
