Aaaand my ear also sounds like a blown out speaker, alongside the raging T. Calling tomorrow for an appointment to get it cleared out and I'll come with updates in the upcoming week.

So my right ear feels clogged and the ringing is at an all time high. Doctor told me a few months back I had a bunch of earwax in it and that if you feel it gets clogged and can't hear as well that it's probably an earwax impaction. Probably gonna make an appointment tomorrow to get the earwax...

T is raging as I type this but I can decide to zone in and out of it. I don't know, it's weird. The brain is a powerful thing.

Hey y'all, just checking in on everyone. Hope all is well, I've completely habituated to my T and have been habituated for around 2 years now. Life is good. Well, currently a broke college kid so a couple million would be nice. Believe it or not, it will get better. Keep fighting, look at memes...

Both ears but right one is noticeably louder. Ugh.

Do you think they'll still let me participate even if I'm all the way in Miami?

Mine is definitely noise induced so I'm pretty sure the cochlea is playing a part in this horrific noise in my head. Since am101 focuses on the cochlea, I don't see why it wouldn't help.

If everyone had real tinnitus, to the extent that many of us have it on here, a cure would have most definitely came out ages ago. So in my opinion, no, not everyone has tinnitus.

Maybe it would have been better to have placed it in another category, though. Not the type of thing someone in need of support wants to see.

Personally, I'm glad you shared this. Tinnitus has the potential to be horrible and debilitating, and I'm pretty sure plenty of us know that. That poor woman just saw no way out. It's not a matter of want, it's a matter of need, and what we need is a cure. Tinnitus can be deadly.

The more people that get t the more pressure on science for a cure. Which is good, but I would never wish t on ANYONE.
