So, after one massive spike 3 weeks ago that laster for 3 days and made me suicidal, my tinnitus dropped all the way to mild levels.

The spike has subsided, that's good news, I don't need my T getting permanantly worse.
I just got the worst and largest spike to date on a whole new tone. If this is permanent my life is done.
I feel like I am finally habituating, I have been paying much less attention to T the last couple of weeks, it's still there though.
I am finally enjoying music again!
My tinnitus is back to severe levels :/
After my tinnitus has remained severe non-stop for about 3 weeks, it has faded since this morning and gone to mild level,let's hope it lasts
I am contemplating suicide now more than ever, I don't know how long I will be able to endure this constant torture, I have been trying.
I am suffering from loud tinnitus and ear pain still
So now I am stuck with a cold, tinnitus and ear pain. As if life couldn't get any worse.
T is loud and obnoxious today, I don't know how long I cam hold out like this, trust me, I am trying.
Back from Japan, tinnitus is as loud as ever. I did enjoy my trip regardless though.
I just ate a whole lot of fugu (puffer fish) and one thing I can tell you is that Tetrodotoxin doesn't decrease tinnitus.
I just took the plane for the first time since T, I landed in Tokyo Narita minutes ago after a 14 hours trip.
tinnitus has been back to severe levels for the last 4 days, I have no idea why, I don't know how long I'll hold on like this.
I am having silence since two hours ago! Let's hope it lasts! T is technically inaudible right now.
Tinnitus is somewhat higher than yesterday, it's still manageable though but it is back to moderate. I'll just ignore the darn thing.
T is still mild today, thought it was slightly louder this morning. I'll see how it goes.

Tinnitus is whistling back again, I believe it is stronger early in the morning than it is later in the afternoon.
Ok, I can still hear a faint, slightly annoying hiss when I am in a silent room. I will see how it goes.
I got silence since 10 minutes ago or so!!! I can only very faintly hear my T IF I use earmuffs! Please make this permanent!

Ok, it's not tea kettle level today, but it is still a constant, somewhat annoying, moderate level hiss, at 3/10 ish.

Tinnitus appears to be slowly fading, it's at 1/10 since yesterday night, let's hope it improves further or stays that way.
T was loud this morning, now it's at its lowest yet. I just don't understand what's going on with it.
My tinnitus is somewhat louder today, I just ignore it the best I can. By the way, where has the tinnitus talk chat gone?
