How do you start on TRT, its near enough impossible for me to start here in London. And did the chiropractor help ?

I have started TRT but that's giving me a headache and went to see a chiropractor on Tuesday to see if there are any neck related issues.
I am still getting headaches and causing tiredness. Ears feel sensitive.
Oh no that's not good at all
I have pressure in face, in the cheekbones that spreads across my whole face. Have some burning and itchy pain. Hopefully getting better
I think I have to get used to it. Hows your ears
I have had a setback again ears hurt and headaches. I have been out a lot and exercising so just have a setback each time.

My ears feel little more sensitive this evening and sounds seem louder. Impact is not normally felt couple days later so let's see
That's great it's improved for you. Last two days were on the beach and it was still relatively loud.
