I feel very similar. Tbh I knew I had ADHD at 10, but I still got all the BS from it. Found out I'm autistic the last couple of years. Along with OCD, and agrophbia social anxiety all contributed to my mess of a life.

And then VSS, Hyperacusis, and maybe Noxacusis( I get pain but apparently might not be Noxacusis). I feel you mate. Life can be really shit

@Utdmad89 me and my friends thought it was BPD but turns out it was a little more complicated than that.. I hope we all can manage to have a functional life, start a family or something despite all this...
