I understand the frustration now. Non-sufferers do not and will never understand. Neither will medical "professionals". Tiring and hopeless that all I can do about this is "changing my psyche". Doesn't eliminate the noise in my ears at the end of the day, does it?
When no one is around to blow smoke up my ass that I'll be able to ignore it and to fill the silence, I'm still left with it when I'm on my own. Fuck this honestly
