    if you have etd and mucus or something in your ear. It does affect your ability to hear super high pitched sounds like 13khz and above?

    @guenguer I'm not from the US, and it is supossed to be safer than any other cleaning method so who knows? anyway Don't do it :(

    I have some bells going on in my left ear. I remember it being louder, now sometimes it isn't there and then returns.

    I've had good sleep recently. I think habituation is starting to develop. I don't want to take meds for this.

    If you sleep well then your condition is not severe. Just protect your ears and live. You'll be fine. Also, you can go to an ENT doctor to exclude hearing loss, just to be calmer. Take care.

    I know I'm not a severe case at all, but anxiety is. But I feel like I'm improving in the last.

    I'm feeling specially low today, how many times I will have to experience a permanent spike in my life? Trying to have faith.

    I had a permanent spike in november, I think it is permanent because yesterday I had the first real spike, it lasted 1 minute or so.
