How long do your spikes last with period? I've been pretty inconsistent with my birth control and right now I'm on my period and it seems soooo loud! Usually my T is lower pitched but it's just such a loud "eeeee" noise. What is yours like?

Definitely changes depending on the day. I would say on a normal day maybe a 3-4 unless it changes to high pitched which is like a 6.
