    @Kam75 I understand why upping the dosage back to 22.5 mg would be seen as a "defeat" as it would probably mean that your sleep / T is dependent on Mirtazapine. It is definitely a dilemma. :-|

    @aab No, I haven't. Do you use them for herbal tea? I still get a lot of anxiety due to the new level of my T. The daytime is even more problematic for me, I'd say, as I'm not able to ignore the T.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but both Sertraline & Hydroxyzine increase Serotonin levels in the brain, so maybe the combination of them was problematic? Did you verify with your GP that it's OK to take them concurrently? Just a thought...

    @RunningMan I'm sorry to hear that. What does your doctor say though? Is there any effective treatment that can ease your pain? Maybe more time is required for the discomfort to go away. Or maybe there is an underlying issue, as you say. It needs to be examined properly.

    @RunningMan So Lexapro didn't have any affect on your ears? You are very lucky. I wonder how common it is for T to worsen due to starting Lexapro. Other than fatigue, I didn't notice any other side effect while on it. It's rather strange that you still have stomach discomfort.

    Your story is quite similar to mine. I took three doses of Lexapro. On the third day I woke up with catastrophic T. The difference is that I had already had noise-induced T for three years. It was moderate. Now it has been severe for two weeks (and counting). It's very hard.
