Hi! Sorry the delay, I try not to come in this group a lot, because… You know. I did DNRS for about 1 year and yes, it helped me a LOT. I don’t do the rounds anymore (only if I feel that I really need), but I adopted the way of thinking for my life. I still have T and H, but the H has gotten so...

With H I’m seeing veeery small improvements… I was able to go out this weekend to a very calm restaurant and I went to the mall (with earplugs)! Noxacusis and Tinnitus Caused by Repeated Exposure to Someone Who Is Hard of Hearing

@Uklawyer, it seems you are really into something and reading interesting stuff! I really believe if the brain is unregulated (limbic system impairment), it can produce physical symptoms like pain, nausea, intolerances, etc. I read several cases of people with POTS, Post-Covid Syndrome, Lyme...

Hi @Marin! Thank you so much for posting your story! If you try, be careful and pay attention to any increase in tinnitus intensity. We, with reactive tinnitus, won the lottery omg. I think the TRT help «decrease» the T for some people because it helps them to habituate, they stay calmer and consequently the brain stops focusing so much in the...

@ErikaS I feel you. Have this for about a year. Sometimes it’s better and I have only 2-3 sounds not too reactive. With setbacks it becomes 5 sounds for several weeks (1 of them is a crazy siren). I don’t pay attention to them anymore. What is killing me now is the hyperacusis.
