Eating Saltines Makes My Tinnitus Go Away

I ate a supersized bag of chips(salty of course) yesterday. My ear canals started itching almost immediately. I'm pretty sure salt caused it. Oddly, I associate itching with healing, for example, like when scabs itch. Salt benefits nerve function so it makes sense why my senses went off. I'm...

Salt — OK or Bad for Tinnitus?

It's a trick, for sure. And one trick works for one guy but not everyone else. Whatever the balance is, know that it takes time. There's no cure-all diet that will work if you repeat it every day. I think it's better to accumulate the nutritional balance over the week instead of the day. Try...

    Coffee/Caffeine

Update. T is much better now. It's funny that I noticed my ear making stronger attempts to heal after my weekend of fast food burgers and chicken, and ice cream with beer. It seemed hopeless during the week before. I must note that I'm pretty strict for a healthy diet on weekdays. I'm thinking...

    Coffee/Caffeine

I've had 1 to 2 cups daily for a year now. I just quit a week ago. I became sensitive to caffiene- prolonged rushes, and rapid anxiety attacks. Quitting helped with anxiety but T seems to be loud throughout the days. I'm not sure if it's me drastically reducing caffeine, or if it was the party I...

How Long Can a Spike Last?

I suggest to strongly reduce drug use. Any of them. Caffeine, alcohol, adderol, etc. Peel and wash produce to keep away from chemical pesticides. All of these have an inclination to raise T. Time, vegetables, and exercise will help you heal out of bad T. Stay busy. Like 'Hayden Gooddy' said...

    Detox Diet

Fasting has a great detoxing effect as well. I’ve noticed my T to lessen significantly. I’ve fasted pretty tough, though. Equal to or less than 2000 calories. I’ve also done a vegetarian diet before- yes, that lessened Tinnitus as well.
