Was your dental procedure on a top tooth or a bottom tooth? Did you experience loud noise and pain in your ears during the procedure?

If any procedure/treatment is negatively affecting your hearing, I'd stop it immediately regardless of any positive it has otherwise. All the other details are irrelevant. Just stop.

I disagree that CBT hurts any "cause". It's not as if tinnitus researchers are going to stop researching because CBT exists anymore than they are going to stop because there are "white noise" devices and apps.

Every night it's the same thing. Sleep for an hour or two then wake up for an hour or so, then sleep again for an hour or two and wake up. This is the second time I've woken up tonight. It's 3:48 am. Ugh.
