Loud TSpike, Feeling very depressed

Well, today it's a bit quieter, though not by much.

So it's 2:32 am right now. When I went to bed, my tinnitus was slightly elevated - not too much to really bother me. But when I woke up just a bit ago, my tinnitus was blaring loud and really bad... And it's keeping me awake and I can hear it over all my white noise machines. I was at a movie...

My T is really starting to take my life over.. It bothers me so much and keeps me form doing the things I liked to do. Its made my depression way worse and well sometimes thoughts come into my head of suicide...

well i've probably slept 30 mins since my post.. man.. this really sucks

Well, it's 2 am here in Minnesota and I woke up to a tinnitus spike. It isn't as bad as some of the ones I get but it's still pretty loud and bad enough to disturb me and prevent me from going back to sleep. The cause as to what triggered it this time is just as big of a mystery as to what...

Dealing With T Spike

Having a spike in my right ear and the loudness is hurting my ear...

Things are still loud Id imagine it will probably be like this till the fluid drains which could take months form what ive heared

Well, it was a pretty bad night Was ona nd off all night from the ringing. I dont know why its so bad tonight

Got my ears checked out and the doctor said I had fluid build up in my middle ear

there is also a slight pain it and alot of sounds seem louder now

I just called my after hours care team and they said it sounds like theres some pressure or fluid build up and that it will clear up in a few days

Update: This were better, but tonight all of a sudden My ear feels full and the ringings back. The hearing dosnt seem degraded at all it just feels like theres a finger in my ear. Also It seems relieved a little for a few moments if i move the ear around but then the feeling comes back

it seems slightly better today, btw i like your picture its a good show

Is it normal that it seems to increase in intensity late at night?

this would make day 3 with the spike, I also want to add that my ear has a slight fullness and discomfort

Can my Tinnitus still go back to its normal level? Also just something to add I have had a checkup on my ears and the ENT said there was no signs of hearing loss.

its gotten a little better since this morning still there but i think if i just do some exercise and some sleep it will be better tommorow

I woke up this morning and I'm feeling and hearing a thump in my ear every 1 min or so. Also if i pull down slightly on my ear it stops

My T didnt come from hearing loss so that must mean theres a better chance of it getting better right?

So would this just be called a T spike?

I am 17 and have had very mild tinnitus for a while. On Friday was my graduation and we had my all night grad party and it was pretty noisy for the past 4 days or so. My tinnitus has gotten real bad at night when I try to put my head on my pillow it's really loud and prevents me from sleeping...

As I was typing I heard my left ear crackle and now i hear a faint bit still noticeable high pitched ring it seems to be flickering.

Guys im really getting pushed i think im hyperventalating a bit can someone please tell tell me somthing to do to calm myself down?

Now this is odd I just got up to go to the bathroom to brush my teeth as soon as i sat up and stood the sound went away. Now imkind of in a laying down position and I hear it coming back slightly. Now im no ENT but that makes me belive its a fluid issue but I could be wrong. :bored:

Yea sometimes it varies between low and high pitched

I do have a question though is it normal for T to be I dont wanna say painful but to have this sensation that I can feel the sound vibrating in my ear?

Boy That would be amazing im not getting my hopes up but that would be awesome if we can fix it ill keep you up to date on appointments and meds that I start as they come

Thank you very much my ENT also metioned to me that to comeback if it didnt get better after the steroids he said hed put me on some wierd medication that would drain fluid from my ears but that it would also make me ave to go to the bathroom alot more it would be a 3 week medication so im...

Any tips that you can give that could help me fall back to sleep ive tried just closing my eyes but it seems as if when im just getting comfortable it gets loud again then wakes me up.

Hi Lorenzo thanks for your words I do sleep with a fan on low and a tv on very low but the sound seems to be pushing through those can you think of any reason why this T may have came back so suddenly?
