Sometimes if is quit a few seconds but most times hours. Usually for me is a nights sleep sometimes resets it. Don't know why it happens, how about you? What helps?

You are correct on the pattern. But the volume was louder than a typical bad day.

This spike was like no other I have had. Very loud quick onset. No idea what is causing the T.

So very sorry, is there another doc who can help? FYI, I paid out if pocket for hearing aids even though my heading loss is slight. Will try anything!! 6,000 later no help. At the time I thought I was getting TRT therapy, was mislead. I will die with a balance on my credit card.

Sorry Rhea, hope you find a dentist you trust. I also walked out of an dental practice. Did not like the way the exam room and equipment looked and front desk area was a mess. I now have a dentist that knows what my challenges are and is very patient.

Not many sunny days here, but do try and get out during daytime hours.

Hi Geo, some people say that magnesium helps with sleep and lower T. If you search the boards there is a lot of good information. When it spikes it is hell, hope yours calms down.

I am learning acceptance, some days are easier than others. Took a Mindfullness class and practicing some meditation. I Am done searching for cause and cure, but still pray that a cure comes about. So kind of you to remember. I have not been on boards as much because I find myself getting back...

Good question Gary, apparently not. I looked up magnesium rich foods and not a lot on the list is in my diet. Yikes!

I have never had mine checked, but know plenty of people on the boards take it to help with T.
