I have read where many experience intense spikes and they go away in a few seconds. I have it happen often.
This time it has not gone away and has me in a panic
Reading over advice that everyone has given about spikes helps me understand but very scared that it won't return to baseline. Just looking for a hand to hold.

This happened to me 2 or 3 nights ago and it went down today. Not sure what it means but at least it died down...

U might mistaking it for a permanent spike..

So kind of you to ask, returned to baseline.
I was so scared..
Can check when the spike happen was it sudden as in you can hear T being louder suddenly? or the loudness of T increase gradually?

What is the cause of your T? Iodiopathic? noise induced? others?

This spike was like no other I have had. Very loud quick onset.
No idea what is causing the T.

I can describe what you have.

That day before the spike happen you must be having a 'good' day with low T and all of sudden the T suddenly spike with the T suddenly become much louder (like those during the 'bad' days). Subsequenlty for the rest of that day it appear like a 'bad' day. The next day when you wake up it is still a 'bad' day.

Am I right with what i described?
