I know it is really hard for you. But you will get through it. There are loads of possibilities of diagnosis and possible causes as well as solutions. Just stick in there.

Thanks for your comments. have any of you tried putting an ice pack on the back of your head and have noticd the pulses seem lower? I have noticed that my PT is not 100% in sinc with my heartbeat. Perhaps some of you have also discovered this?

@Kelvin good tips about the head massages and chiro. Perhaps t is a good idea to get some advice from a doctor for your type of PT?. Who knows they might find a cause and solution for it. I will keep you posted on if I see an improvement from Physio and Acupunture. ;)

Where I live in the Alps we have a weather change called the Föhn. Basically is a strong warm wind and it can cause headaches/migraines. Today there was no föhn (yesterday was a big storm) but my head was definitely buzzing more today than usual.

If you mean ACRN that online sound generator then yes, temporarily but I sleep better with it and I wake up in the morning and do not hear T for a bit :)

@Anphonic You have managed all this time with T so you will manage in the future. Look for some therapy perhaps, spend time with friends and family who are there for you, go for a day out somewhere. Eventually it will get better again (speaking from experience) .

@Steve Good advice! my T changed after doing an excessive push ups over a few days. I suspect mine is also to do with my neck because I used to now and then get trapped nerve feeling on the same side of my T. I reckon I am going to start doing gym stuff from Monday again :woot:
