I would suggest starting an exercise routine and/or picking up a new hobby. If your an animal person maybe getting a dog would help take your mind off the T. Animals have been shown to reduce stress levels. It would also give you a reason to go on walks.

Before I got tinnitus I bought tickets to an NFL game in November. Cowboys vs Chiefs for those who like football. I'm still debating if I should go or sell the tickets. If I go I would wear ear plugs. What are y'alls thoughts? Anybody here go to sporting events?

@ Casper my T is right about 9hz.

@John Meyers @Casper do you all think it's possible for the T to go away even if you have hearing loss? My hearing is between 0-10 db all the way up to 8hz. However I've never been tested above that hz. I'm certain my hearing would fall below 10 db if it were tested at a higher range.
