Hi there, @UKBloke, Thank you, my friend. I appreciate you getting back to me and for your suggestion. I will look into the magnesium spray. It is worth a try. This is definitely a tough nut to crack. Today, I bought foam earplugs here in Laos, which is a first for me. I even used my first...

What's Your Experience with Exposure to Police Sirens?

Sirens are pure hell for me. Whenever I hear one, I stop whatever I’m doing and plug my ears with my fingers, or I even duck into an alcove or alley for some shelter. I ride my bicycle as my main means of transportation, so if I hear an ambulance coming, I pull over and cover my ears...

No need to apologize. The U.S. pushes antidepressants like candy—it's crazy. I would recommend continuing to see this doctor; you're lucky to have one. I don't have that option. I use Tinnitus Talk to gather information. Perhaps next time you meet with him, you could ask about implants as a...

    Frequency Therapeutics — FX-345

Frequency Therapeutics made millions through pump-and-dump schemes. Everyone does it, but it's still a scumbag move. I bet their summer houses, BMWs, and Christmas dinners are top-notch. It still irks me knowing it led to a flop, and they were shilling to inflate the share prices. Crooks.

Flying: Earmuffs + Flying Earplugs vs. Earmuffs + Foam Earplugs?
