Tinnitus Is Gone After I Detected the Root Cause (Neck)

Tinnitus Is Gone After I Detected the Root Cause (Neck)

I can't say it was getting better. there was simply two states: no tinnitus and tinnitus. Waking up has got nothing to do with it. It's just a question of how inflamed this certain muscle I was referring to is. after a lot of time I kind of mastered how to calm it down (keeping good posture and...

Tinnitus Is Gone After I Detected the Root Cause (Neck)

Tinnitus Is Gone After I Detected the Root Cause (Neck)

Tinnitus started in 2014. It started in a stressful time; I've been sitting wrong in front of my PC and injured some muscles of my neck. A Physical Experiment for Those Whose Tinnitus Is NOT from Loud Noise Exposure

This experiment is not for people who were exposed to a very loud noise and also have hearing loss. This is for the rest. if you want to know the science behind this scroll all the way down. Stand in front of a mirror, good posture and look straight forward, not to any side. hands should be...

I Managed to Control My Tinnitus Spikes... Got Questions Though

2 years of tinnitus. My tinnitus is VERY dynamic. it can be quiet for 1-3 minutes and then a spike comes and lasts 3-4 seconds freaks me out. It's like in a scary movie inside a haunted house, where the lights turn off and on all the time, and you hear that annoying electric sound. Anyway, I...

Like the rest of you, I am looking for a way out of this. wish I could help out if only i'd known how to cure this thing. If I'd cure it, I swear i'll give the answers right here.
