This morning, I woke up with a very loud tinnitus/spike. I have not been doing anything different. I protect my ears when I'm out. I have also been taking 5 mg Amitriptyline and 3 mg Ambien every night for sleep for the past 3 month. Could those meds be causing damage to my ears?
