@Candy good luck ! its a very expensive treatment though, for consultation, x rays and treatment its over £500, so if you feel like there could be something wrong with your c spine or c-1 in your neck then yes the NUCCA will help you :)

I would say maybe you saw the wrong type of Chiropractor, NUCCA chiropractor's don't crack the neck, they do 3 x rays of the neck, and a very gentle adjustment, but it all depends on what is causing your Tinnitus, if stress or loud music caused your T then yes a chiro most likely can't help, if...

Tinnitus can be caused my neck injury also, the head balances on the c-1 (atlas) in your neck, if your c-1 and head get out of balance it can cause Tinnitus, not sure but maybe the hit you got put your neck/head out of balance, but I am not sure, maybe its worth looking into check these links...

@Fairy there is a type of chiropractic technique called NUCCA, they take 3 x rays of your neck and do a gentle adjustment, no neck cracking. I'll be getting this type of treatment this month, just need to get my b12 levels tested first.

it depends on what caused your Tinnitus, Chamomile Tea relaxes the muscles, this could help for someone who has Tinnitus because of neck/muscular issues.
