Hi Mike, The reason I believe you hear the tinnitus more in the evening is because you are less active & you hear it more b/c you pay more attention to it. I hear in more when my day is coming to an end but I don't give into the noise & try & keep busy.

I now sleep in silence but in the past I had to have noise. I apologize for the numbers. I just did some online test to learn the pitch I have but mine sound like dog whistle with a little static.
