After some years since my last post inquiring about Cold laser therapy, I am now convinced that it is a scam. The doctor whom I went to here in Adelaide, had his license suspended for two months and was fined 2 thousand dollars. I was taken for a ride! Please be aware.
I would like to know what foods bug you too?
For me it is tomatoes, spices, green and red peppers and any kind of packaged deli meat.
It makes for a pretty bland diet.
Oh and salty food is a killer - I think I must have a healthy BP and kidneys!!

My ENT specialist prescribed musician's hearing protectors to be used at movies or in loud environments.
They have to be specially fitted and allow you to hear but take away unpleasant noise.
My trusty old Conair has been going for quite few years now.
I never sleep without it working softly.
There are about 10 different nature sounds including white noise.
The British Tinnitus Association has similar.

It may be something simple - you mentioned ear pain.
With final year exams etc you are under stress.
Take a big breathe and as Ty said, get on with it as that will take your mind off it.
Don't stress about what might happen in the future as it may never happen.

I visited Norway many years ago with my parents when I was 17 and my father was studying post grad surgery in Britain.
