I recently heard about AudioCardio and decided to check it out. I downloaded the app on Android, but it seems like I have to pay just to try it. It costs $20 per month, apparently.
Does anyone here have personal experience with this app? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
That sounds like a high dosage for Quetiapine (Seroquel). I occasionally take 25 mg to help with insomnia, which is partly due to high-pitched tinnitus.
Good info. I'm also trying CBD, CBG and CBN but no positive effects so far for my tinnitus (or anything else such as insomnia, stress etc).
So a quarter of a millilitre is a tiny amount. How do you measure such a small amount using the dropper? I usually have been taking much larger amounts of...
I know this is an old thread but is your tinnitus still decreased (or gone)? I started using the NeilMed sinus rinse recently and I can feel some sort of blockage in my eustachian tubes (when I blow my nose afterwards it makes some weird noises as if it's somehow blocked) but no reduction in...
So is it still working for you? I saw an ad for this in my local newspaper today and was considering purchasing it but the reviews here don't look too promising.
I quit after about ten sessions when I noticed no improvement. Sometimes after a session I'd get relief from my tinnitus that would last for an hour or two but then it returned as normal. It might be effective for you though. :sneaky:
You took Vitamin D2? Usually D3 is the one that's mostly recommended. I take large amounts of D3 (4,000UI) per day but no effect on my tinnitus. Glad it worked for you though.
What strength (in mg) was the CBD:THC mix? I've tried just CBD on its own for tinnitus and insomnia but noticed no positive benefits. Might try some CBD:THC mix combined and see does it help..
Yes there is. Do a search and you'll find it. :)
I've tried CBD oil in many different dosage sizes for tinnitus, insomnia and anxiety but I've noticed no effects unfortunately. Seems to be a complete waste of money in my case. :( Guess it doesn't work for everyone.
Yea, what what strength (in mg) of CBD were you using? been using 250 mg and 550 mg for insomnia but it's had no effect. Maybe I need 3,600mg or something. :(
You're contradicting yourself in your comment. So did CBD oil work for you? I'm currently trying CBD isolate and not sure if it's working yet. I probably need to increase my dosage.
Very possible. I have tinnitus and also suffer from anxiety and depression (and insomnia!). Many people claim that stress is a major factor in causing tinnitus.
I'm currently getting acupuncture treatment. Not sure yet if it's working, maybe some temporary relief then it comes back again. Still have some more sessions to do though and also hoping it can relieve stress and insomnia and high blood pressure.
No not yet. Think he's concentrating on a whole body treatment rather than just the tinnitus. He said I have a "hot liver" and it seems like my heart rate is quite high. He put some acupuncture needles on my foot and my hand and wrist and some tiny magnets in my ears. I'll go to a few more...
Have done two sessions of acupuncture so far but haven't noticed any improvements yet. Also have high blood pressure and insomnia and stress so I'd be happy even if I could get some relief from that.
I've been taking Magnesium Citrate for several months for my tinnitus but it has not helped. Maybe I should try some of the other magnesium forms such as threonate or glycenate. Which works best for you guys?
I've had my tinnitus for several years (not even sure how long for) so not sure if acupuncture would be as effective for long term cases. I'll speak to them anyway and see what they say. Thanks Ronnie.
