I put them very deeply, and well you can see them if you look from the right angle, otherwise no. But I have hair over my ears, which make it even harder to see the earplugs. But don't care if people comment about that you use earplugs, because that type of people isn't people you want to hang...

Just wanted to update you, if anyone going to do this in the future. Everything went fine. I wore earplugs with a 20db filter. I had a lot of fun and no spike (I am writing this a week since I was at the summer toboggan) :)

The time I didn't wore earplugs was when I was like outside with a few people, then it won't get so loud there :)

Stop protecting your ears to much. Yelling can't increase tinnitus, if the kid was screaming right into your ear, then it maybe can increase. Only wear earplugs if you need it, like on conserts. "Normal daily sounds" is a part of your life, you can't protect your ears from everything because...

Is it the "smoke" that cause this or the nicotine? Because in my country (Sweden), we have something called snus, a tobacco-product that you put under your lips. Then you don't get the smoke, only the nicotine
