Cause of Tinnitus
Probably sound
Okey so I recently got diagnosed by an ENT that I have a hole in one of my eardrum from diving in water. He said that it will probably heal in 1-3 months, if not, I may have to do an operation.

But here's what I wonder about. There is fluid coming from my ear and my ear feels clogged (like I'm under water). How long after the trauma is it supposed to be like this? Have anyone been in the same position?

I also have tinnitus that is worse now because I can't mask the sound, it's like I'm wearing hearing protection in that ear. Would love to get that fluid gone from my ear.

Hope someone can help me. Much love <3

Did you have the clogged feeling and fluid coming out when you saw your ENT?

Yes I had. Got some eardrops that I am taking, but they haven't removed the fluid and clogged feeling.
I'm surprised they didn't prescribe an antibiotic in case of infection. I'm assuming if they didn't though that the clear fluid is normal. If you're concerned about it I'd call your doctor and ask if it's normal and okay for the drainage and clogged feeling to still be there. You could also get a second opinion from another ENT if that makes you feel more comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment.
