Thanks for responding. I've only taken one capsule of Tranquil Ear thus far. I'm always scared of a new medication because I get a-fib and anything that affects my heart I try to avoid. Seems that this is pretty safe stuff with mostly vitamins and minerals. I've had tinnitus for over 25 years...

Has anyone tried Tranquil Ear? I found it on Amazon and read all the reviews. Seems that some at least felt a relief in the volume. If you've tried it, for better or worse, I'd love to hear from you.

I don't understand the point of white noise and would love to have someone explain it to me. Whether the noise is internal in my brain or external coming through my ears, the sound is the same. If I make it loud enough to mask the tinnitus, it's equally annoying? I've tried listening to one...

I listened to that very long lead up to the promotion of Quiet Mind Plus. It mentions that Tinnitus can be a sign of Alzheimers, memory loss, Parkinson's and all kinds of other terrible conditions/diseases. Is there any proof of this being true? I found this group while Googling that product...

In my humble opinion, you should get an MRI of your head to rule out anything more dangerous (which you probably do NOT have). Always better to be safe as there are more sinister things that can cause our affliction

That's what we need to keep, a sense of humor. I'm new on this blog but have read such horror stories that it makes me think that I'm getting off easy. If it get worse; however, at least I'm in good very supportive company. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for responding so quickly. That is so interesting and unexpected that they didn't find that Tinnitus is inherited. I was always so sure that it was "all my Dad's fault!"
